So Russell calls me to say he's got a
little wood from a tree he just cut up and offered it to me. Well, the
little wood turned out to be a
YUGE pile with at least 3 moder forkin stomps that required a 2 man crew to load unto the
Plump Truck!!!
This was last week Wednesday and we loaded the truck full be up to the top of the gates. To unload that pile was going to take more than one evening after work so I decided to garaged the truck and wait for Saturday. Morning came and I went at it. Using the band saw I sliced and diced all the small, medium & semi-big branches, but still had to deal with the
YUGE ones.
Then I said "
it's about to get real now!!!" My friend Crazy John had given me an electric chain saw over 3 years ago and I hadn't use it at all. Finally did and it worked great!
Now got a lot of wood but it is a bit green still, some had little branches with leaves even, so I'll have to let it all dry for quite some time. Anyway, thanks Russell! Here's 3 pix of the day's work, yes, too me most all day to process all that!
