Oops, can't make it tonight after all. Generator light came on coming to work. I'll have to limp home instead of heading to Eddy's.

True that on the other VWs, but by the time I got home and did the switcheroo I'd get to Eddy's after all the beer and brauts were gone.

Like you will partake in any of that. :---)

Tell you what Sue. Let your son know that I will be over at lunch time to pick up the SC to drive it to your work. I will then drive the Sundial home (if that is what you drove) and park it for you. Then I will go back to work. Sound good?

Aren't you the persistent little bugger.
Actually, the Sundial is home with generator issues too. I drove the squareback today. Thought my issues with it were over when I got new brushes a week ago. Drove fine for 100+ miles but this morning the light was back on. I filled up all the tires last night. Did that do it?

Seemed short and sweet. Can be a really happening shindig but being a first timer and short on the preannouncement, it was small in attendance IMO. A few cool rides showed which I have never seen before, one being a Doka with a 12.5 feet bed, and at dusk there were some video movies shown "big screen" style on the side of a box truck!

There were a few people snapping pix but alas, I forgot my camera.

Seems there is a generator mutiny going on at my house. Sundial and squareback both need new ones. Both shorted. What a pain. Dang.
Sorry I missed the meeting. Was Eddy looking for the SC?
