VW's ON THE RIVER #15 Yuma, AZ November 3-5, 2017
Join a fine bunch of Yumans for the best Friday night chicken dinner you've ever tasted and enjoy a laid back
show & swap in a grassy park right on the Colorado river...don't forget your swimwear, cooler and tubes as we may be floating to Mexico.
All of the profits from the campout and show/swapmeet will be donated to charity.

Car show / swap is Saturday, November 4th 8am to 2pm at the Gate Way Park Yuma, Arizona 85364, Camping is at the fairgrounds enter
from the Pacific street entrance across from Walmart, Top 10 Trophies, T-shirts, Raffles, Kids Events, Food, Hot and Cold Drinks.
Spectator Entrance is $2 (12 & under free), Vehicle Show Entry is $10, vender space $20, swap space $10 per vehicle.
Please no glass containers at the park, pets are allowed and the park has dispensers.
Camping is $35 for the weekend, which includes power showers and regular bathrooms.
This year’s proceeds to benefit Hospice of Yuma. Boy Scouts will be having a pancake breakfast Sunday morning, benefits local Scout Troops.
Friday night dinners is $5 for everyone and free 1st Keg of beer.

Friday
10am Fairgrounds open
5:30pm Chicken Dinner (fairgrounds)

Saturday
8am Caravan Leaves Fairgrounds to Gateway Park
8am Park opens to public
11am Turn in all car show voting ballets
11:30 Raffle Starts (rebuilt transmission J&S from Havasu)
2pm Show Over
2:30 Local brewery Prison Hill we plan to fill downtown main street with VW's.
6pm Cornhole Tournament Starts (teams) Fairgrounds
Sunday
7am-10am Boy Scout Pancake Breakfast

Just throwing this out there.
We have been there as a club in the past, nice cruise there, fun people, just an all around good time.
It's 2 weeks away, I am seriously considering this, anyone else!!

We can meet at the usual place in El Cajon, hwy8 and 2nd ave.
Early morning, just not to early!

Also we set the clocks back this weekend!

Sounds, fun but I have family in town this week so I'm out. Might try and make the meeting if anyone is left in town for it.
