I am writing in hopes of finding the appropriate person who handles your clubs participation in events.

The Classic Auto Show, presented by Autogeek.net and powered by Velocity, is coming to the Los Angeles Convention Center January 27-29, 2017. It will be the ultimate classic and exotic car experience, with incredible experiences including:

Celebrity Theater: an unrivaled variety of demonstrations, interviews, special guest appearances, hosted by Chris Jacobs and featuring Wayne Carini, Mike Brewer, Chip Foose, Dave Kindig and Mike Phillips

Grand Boulevard: A car catwalk running through the heart of the show with an assortment of the finest and rarest classic, history and vintage cars the world has to offer

We want you and your car club members to participate in the magic of this inaugural event and have developed a program that promises to enhance your exposure and engage our audience in the great restoration projects your club has and will undertake. You can sign up today on our website by clicking this link!

As a participant in The Classic Auto Show, your Club will receive:
FREE booth at the 2017 event in a premium location
Listing in the Show Collectors Guide and mobile app
Promotional artwork for distribution to your club members
Auto entry into running for Best in Show, hosted by Chris Jacobs and Mike Brewer

If you are interested, contact

Sounds interesting at the very least! Hopefully someone will bring it up at the meeting and it will also stay here unless the deadsite reverts bact to 2014.
