Couple weekends ago my wife and I and three other buses drove out to the mud caves and got lost in the desert, it was rad. We found our way out.
Anyway, got me thinking we should for sure do this at the Spring KQ as I doubt many people have gone there and it is great fun plus close to camp.
But I also los hate to wait to have fun, so thought I would organize a trail bash closer to home on Corral Canyon Rd which is off the 94 and Buckman Springs Rd., about 44 odd minutes East. Lots of manageable dirt roads for buses, at least the mom lowered sort.
I'm thinking of doing it on Saturday, Feb 17. Meet early say 9AM at the shopping center where the road to Campo begins at Rancho San Diego then convoy out. We could end the day a trip the Slpine Nrewery for beers and food.
Anyone interested?

I'm game IF I don't get to work that day. :-k

As I'm "closing the door" in that place, I need to milk it for what it's worth before leaving. 8-[

As of this writing it's 64 days & a wake up! \:D/

But who's counting anyway!

so far it looks like 4-5+ are interested!
More may come on board as we get closer.
A new couple that went to BBB live in Del Mar
Austin and Ashley with their 4 legged pooch might enjoy it.
I'll shoot of a text to them and see.

I'll mention it on Facebook, too, and post it up on the Samba.

I think I was on that road many years ago. If so that could be a fine run and I'd like to do it again.

Alas, we are visiting our son and GF who have relocated to Bellingham Washington that weekend. Have a fine bash and enjoy the brewery afterwards.

Says the person who frequents Korea, Japan and Singapore???

And at times we wonder why there are only "3.875 cats" who hang around this forum.
